Senior leaders in a boardroom discussion

Leadership consulting that changes how your team actually works

We help executives in mid-size and growing organisations close the gap between strategy on paper and behaviour in the room. Based in Gatineau, serving clients across Canada and the northeastern United States.

What we do

Three practice areas, each designed around a specific problem leaders face. We don't sell generic workshops. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic, and we scope the work only after we understand what's really happening inside your organisation.

Executive coaching

One-on-one work with senior leaders who need to shift a specific behaviour, prepare for a larger role, or repair trust with their teams. Engagements run 4 to 9 months. Each session is 75 minutes, every two weeks, with between-session assignments that connect directly to the leader's real calendar and real decisions. We use 360-degree interviews at the start and again at the close so progress isn't a matter of opinion.

Team alignment sessions

When a leadership team says the right things in meetings but operates in silos the rest of the week, the problem is usually unspoken disagreement about priorities. Our 2-day alignment sessions surface those disagreements, put real trade-offs on the table, and produce a decision log the team can hold each other to. We facilitate; the team decides. Typical group size is 5 to 12 people.

Organisational leadership reviews

Before you restructure, promote, or hire externally, you need an honest picture of the leadership capacity you already have. We interview every leader in the layer you're examining, review performance and engagement data, and deliver a written assessment within six weeks. The report names specific gaps, recommends internal development where it's realistic, and flags roles where outside talent is the faster path.

Why clients choose us

Most of our work comes through referrals from past clients, which tells us something the marketing never could. Here's what those clients tend to say when we ask why they called us instead of a larger firm.

First: we're small on purpose. Two senior consultants and a research associate. You won't be handed off to a junior after the sale. The person who scopes the project is the person in the room when the hard conversations happen.

Second: we don't confuse activity with progress. A 40-slide deck on "leadership competencies" is easy to produce and almost useless to act on. We'd rather give you a 3-page memo with four things to change this quarter, backed by evidence from your own organisation.

Third: we've been operating from Gatineau since 2016. Our clients include regional health authorities, engineering firms, SaaS companies between 80 and 600 employees, and two Crown corporations. That range keeps us honest about what works across different cultures and structures.

What our clients say

"We brought them in because two VPs couldn't agree on anything. Within a month the real issue was on the table: they had overlapping mandates nobody had clarified. The alignment session fixed in two days what a year of mediation hadn't touched."

— Hélène Tran, COO, Réseau Mobilité Inc.

"The leadership review was uncomfortable to read, honestly. But every recommendation was specific and fair. We promoted two people we'd been overlooking and restructured a reporting line that had been slowing us down for years."

— Marc-André Delisle, CEO, Pontiac Engineering Group
